Car brand Bugatti has revealed plans for a 60-storey skyscraper on the Miami River, which will be designed by US architecture studio Brandon Haw Architecture with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Named Bugatti Residences Miami, the development will be the car brand's first branded residence in the US. It follows plans for its first residential skyscraper, set to be built in Dubai, which were revealed in 2023. The tower will be the latest car-branded skyscraper to be built in the city, joining developments by luxury car brands Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, the 60-storey skyscraper directly on the Miami River is being developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group. Renderings of the building, released today, show a tower split into four distinct blocks, with double-height spaces between.
