Shallow and deep drawers handle different items, while cabinets, bins, and small organizers divide the rest by use. Heather O’Steen of Timeless and Treasured used the kitchen’s existing drawers and cabinets to create separate places for cookware, spices, knives, baking supplies, kids’ dishes, food containers, and cleaning products. Opening each space reveals a different part of the system. Shallow Drawer Keeps the Spice Collection in One Layer @Timeless and Treasured Matching spice jars fill a shallow drawer beside the range, with handwritten labels positioned on the lids. Laying the containers flat keeps the names visible without stacking one row behind another. Jars run from the front of the drawer toward the back, using the shallow space for items that do not need much height. Seasonings stay together instead of occupying part of a larger cabinet. Deep Drawers Hold Bowls and Cookware @Timeless and Treasured One deep drawer contains mixing bowls and baking dishes, with bowls nested by size and rectangular dishes stacked beside them. Another drawer handles pots, saucepans, and frying pans, keeping heavier cookware separate from baking pieces. @Timeless and Treasured Drawer depth makes room for tall stacks without requiring items to sit behind cabinet doors.
